The exam structure itself has changed. It was previously split into:
- MC and Short answers: only mandatory focus (hygiene, safety, hospitality industry)
- Long response: 1 on mandatory focus and 1 on your stream focus (food and beverage or kitchen operations and cookers)
However, now both mandatory and stream focus areas are assessable in ALL sections of the HSC examination
As for the syllabus, I have no clue! The syllabus for this subject is so repetitive and tedious
