slice of really grainy bread with jam + tub of fig and honey yoghurt
5 ricecakes
1 plum + 1 banana
pitos chips (so yum!)
mcflurry
another 3 or so ricecakes

not bad, not bad
however day is not over yet.

breakfast: tea + yoghurt with muesli and blueberries

snack: coffee

lunch: one bite of a foul sandwich and half a nut bar

as a result of practically no lunch I demolished reheated fried rice when I got home

and more yoghurt

and then pretty much had heaps of oven chips for dinner because I cbf cooking anything decent

:( it started out so promising and ended up in food-tragedy

I had a definite food tragedy yesterday.

Breakfast: Cheerios
Lunch: Mi Goreng
Dinner: Pizza (AT 4PM! STUPID BROTHER)
Dessert: Muslei Bar
Dinner no 2: Chicken Mc Nuggets :(

Its not that much, plus its all healthy food.
Its probably the amount of food that we should be eating in a day, but instead - people eat large amounts of temporarily filling and fatty foods.

If you categorise the food into meals, you'll see that its really not that much.

Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal with 200g nestle full fat strawberry yoghurt
Snack: a handful of peanuts
Lunch: a large greek salad & 1 small tin of lemon pepper tuna on toast
Snack: large bowl of watermelon and mango
Dinner: some chicken breast & ceasar salad
Dessert: more watermelon and mango, and also some pineapple
Dessert: 3 caramel-filled shortbread cookies

and about 10 cups of tea throughout the day.



I could easily eat that much in a day. Probably more.

2 pieces grainey toast w/ jam
3 ricotta pastizzas
shared a tub of small popcorn
linguine siciliana, bruschetta, herb bread and ceaser salad from ITALIAN BOWL ! amazing


and yeh

still feeling fat

brekky: 2 pieces of raisin toast with margarine, a tub of strawberry yoghurt and a cup of tea

lunch: err kind of just grazed all day, had an apple and a banana and some biscuits

dinner: about to eat the failure of a stir fry I just made lol. should taste alright hopefully

At approximately 11:30 I had fried dough called ustipci.
For dinner it was macaroni and meatballs with meatball sauce that manifested itself from the meatballs
Now I will have a krem bananica (cream banana)
