- 1 small tin of lemon pepper tuna on toast
- large bowl of watermelon and mango
- some chicken breast
- ceasar salad
- more watermelon and mango, and also some pineapple
- 3 caramel-filled shortbread cookies
and about 10 cups of tea throughout the day.
