i need to be more beef
fuck that sounds good, i need more meat too, did weights day before yesterday, wake up today, all da meat is gone!!! barely ate anything, so crap..

woke at 12 and fried 2 eggs, ate with toast, and salt n pepper.

no lunch :(

dinner.. i made 2 burgers by cutting an oval shaped piece of turkish bread in half, slice ov cheese, tomato sauce, a meat patty in each burger, salt/pepper.

am vv hungry atm :(
i'll make up for my lack of eating tomorrow.

A bread roll with a rasher of bacon and a bunch of cheese inside, microwaved to the melting point (breakfast time).
And at dinner I had some steamed green beans and some raw carrots.
Oh and I had 2 iceblocks this evening as well.

Was funny, as I spent all day baking:
epic brownies (triple choc fudge brownies, with a dark chocolate mudcake style ganache, with white chocolate swirls on top),
marshmallow slice (a biscuit base, with a layer of marshmallow cream, a layer of chopped up red frogs, another layer of marshmallow, a layer of crushed peanuts, and a layer of chocolate fudge on top)
and
rocky road log (milk chocolate with crushed peanuts, chooped up red frogs, marshmallow chunks and coconut)

But I didn't eat any of it. It's all in the fridge.

today i will not eat breakfast, possibly skip lunch. and think about having something decent for dinner.
something perhaps high-calorie, high-fat to make up for the cravings you've had the whole day? :rolleyes:

One slice of tomato, one slice of avocado, one slice of low fat cheddar cheese.
2 honey soy chicken kebabs and garden salad
Vanilla yoghurt
2L water and one glass of red wine.

2 x instant coffee.
a can of coke zero.
a piece of toast.
made scrambled eggs but changed my mind about halfway through cooking so my brother ate them.

dinner - rice and turnips

pretty boring today..

will eat an egg later on

breakfast: maccas
lunch: ditto (but I went hard out at the gym for 2 hours today so you know what I don't care, and I would have done it anyway...at least I had a head start of sorts this way loal)
dinner: chikkin risotto with pumpkin and spinach

snacks: lots of tea and a chocolate wafer stick thing
