My diet is lacking in quality and quantity i've lost 2 kilos in the past month i've been out of home :-(

breakfast: nutella on a slice of vienna bread, cold mocha.

lunch: double fillet bondi burger meal, bottle of water.

dinner: pizza (beef mince and capsicum and fetta cheese on leb bread, so not a real pizza :()

dinner was sorta boring, might go eat some more later on.

today has been the worst eating day of my life.

4 raffaello chocolates

a small piece of crumbed chicken

2 chocolate chip biscuits

a cup of milo with soy milk

a zooper dooper

gym workout. intense gym workout

2 weetbix with cinnamon sugar and half a banana

O.M.G.

meh.

when i got home: pasta (spirals) with veges and beef mince bolognese.

dinner: 2 slices of toast with turnips.
