I visited my Nanna today, so it was bound to be a shocker:

Porridge
2 x Pepsi
Massaman beef and rice
Medium Maccas chips
2 vanilla crepes with vanilla icecram and chopped up Kit Kats inside

I think we might be having take-away for dinner as well :S

better be carb-up day.

youre supposed to avoid fruits late on in your carb-ups because they make it harder to get back into ketosis. js

Not on keto anymore. I did it for 7 days, carb up then another 10 days, saw results so i'm stopping.
I don't want to be super ripped or anything, I have a fit body and i'm going to return to normal training :)
I just did it to experiment.

Shocker today
Oats with a banana
juice
apple
poached egg and a bite of toast
skim iced chocolate
1/2 a cup cake
3 jube lollies
chicken and broccoli for dinner
freddo frog

yucky.

Well im still keto-ing. The real adaptations are supposed to come on after 4 weeks. Im still a way off where I want to be. I think ive got another 6 weeks or so left. Hopefully I can drop 1-2kgs of fat a fortnight, i should be around 8-9%BF at 77kgs (lightweight =[). Then I can clean bulk back up to 85-90 by the end of the year.
I miss bulking though, eating whatever I want and I miss being able to train the same muscle at 100% intensity twice a week. Pretty much cut training in half plus im limited by injuries. At one stage I was absolutely smashing myself in the gym 5 days a week, put on 4kgs in like 6 weeks after a bit of a plateau.:(

meh, if i ever want to get super cut, i know what to do now. I noticed a considerable amount of difference just after those 17 days. it was S1CK

porridge with a banana 1 tsp of brown sugar
lots of water
apple
plastic cheese... yum
2 orange snakes
half a piece of multigrain toast with a poached egg white on it
sip of juice
protein shizzake
diet coke

I'm either gonna have kangaroo meat with garlic and onion and stuff in it or poached eggs for dinner... probably poached eggs. less effort :)

Good gym sesh today :)
