i know right, so healthy! :/ i really need to start being more strict with my food, right now i dont even think i just eat.

1 x 600ml Flavored Milk (5pm)
1 x mini Muesli Bar (9pm)

I've eaten hardly anything today actually I now realize.

lunch?: skipped it

brekky, some salad toasted sandwich, lunch, 2 slices of pizza leftovers, dinner, some rice with yoghurt

gg, no wonder i'm losing weight without any effort

thats like 400-500 calories max. for a uni age male the recommended daily intake is 2755 calories and for females it is like 2100 calories.
u shuld aim to at least 1200 every day.

Sashimi platter (six small sushi, three sashimi/rice, three strips of plain sashimi, one tempura prawn).
Can of V (5 hours sleep D: ).
2 low fat beef sausages (innuendo...) mixed veggies and rice.
1 Bueno bar.
Currently sipping on a tall cold glass of V8 Tropical. Mmmm.

Really don't eat much on a working day. Can't freakin' wait to get back on the pushie lol.

What I will eat:

Brekky: 1x Omelette, 2x white bread slices, 1x glass orange juice
Lunch: Chicken/egg sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo
Dinner: Chicken Mince cooked with a bun

In between, mostly water, soft drinks and more juice

6 eggs (2 yolks) mushroom, ham, cheese, relish in the form of scrambled yum
cottage cheese

I had 2x salads... 1 was chicken caesar and another seafood
and 1 glass of mountain dew
