Egg whites with capsicum, mushrooms, onions and a bit of low fat cheese
Chicken salad
Chicken with brown rice and veggies (too much chicken lately!!)

lunch: pineapple, strawberries, watermelon, yoplait forme
a/t:95g tin tuna in spring water
dinner: yoplait forme, 4 cherry tomatoes

lunch:
Turkish bread roll toasted with light cheese + gherkins + carrot +lettuce + Italian herbs
snack:
100g berry low fat yogurt
dinner:
spaghetti bolognase with steamed carrots, peas and corn.

my diet is the diet of someone wgo just ended a 3 year relationship

breakfast: frozen grapes, fat free sugar free yogurt

lunch: tomato soup

a/t: 2 boiled egg whites, fat free wugar free yogurt

carrot juice

protein shake

a weight watchers single serve ice cream cup

Had a nice work lunch at Prime Steak Restaurant. Ordered the sirloin with a side of house cut chips (I regret not getting shoestring fries... whereby I would've gotten a lot more) with a side of mushrooms.



It was delicious.

Unfortunately I never learn. This isn't the first time I have made the mistake of ordering chips only to find.... four. Really gotta remember to order fries next time. That being said, 400g+ of meat is enough to fill the tummy.

Well we did make it twice- because we only got the bill at the end. I suppose given the wine was more than 10x that, the San Pellegrino wasn't that bad. Could've sworn I saw it for $1.20 a bottle at the local fruitshop though.

yeah lol i buy it from the local farmers market. 1L for like 1.50


I've had 3 protein shakes today lol. jesus.

I'm gonna just eat protein shakes, berries and yogurt for the next 3 days and see what happens

what have i become

edit: + protein shake, pineapple, 2 x fat free no added sugar yogurts, 6 cups of green tea, 4L water
