breakfast: slice of toast with crunchy peanut butter and honey, 500ml milk milo coffee. tiny breakfast, poor effort.
lunch: plate full of rice, beef mince and capsicum, yogurt.
dinner: same but also with eggplant and capsicum, 2 eggs, big glass of mixed fruit juice.
later: 500ml milk with 40g protein powerder, a bananana
edit: still probably not enough...
