I had a powerade and a packet of tim tams for lunch at work.
lol i know, healthy. but the tim tams were on special for 1.30. bargain!

Slept through breakfast.
Small cup of spiral pasta with tomato, capsicum and basil sauce
Big ass salad with full fat 1000 island dressing
The other 1/2 of the boost juice lemon crush with strawberries and raspberries from yesterday. It was fully frozen so i ate it with a spoon.
A few glasses of water. I'm heading to the gym soon so I'll drink more water there.
Chocolate paddle pop
1/2 a cup of ghiradelli hot chocolate with full fat milk. I put the other half in the fridge so i can drink it cold later.
2 pieces garlic bread. There goes the last of my vienna loaf.
We're having grilled lamb chops and salad for dinner.

missed breakfast because i had to leave the house at like, 7:30am for an ortho appointment. booo. :(

- small iced mocha at gloria jeans
- shared a large swiss deli salad with my mum (broccoli, almond and bacon/bean and mushroom/chickpea and pumpkin/thai noodle)
- mug of coffee and a butterscotch pecan muffin from muffin break
- 2 squares of lindt chocolate (dark with orange and almond bits in it)
- some starburst jellybeans :eek:
- a little piece of leftover pumpkin, ricotta and spinach lasagne from yesterday

i ate too many sweets today. :eek:

This thread is good because it makes me more conscious of what I eat, so I don't just eat straight crap all day. I feel better when I've had a salad and lots of water during the day.

2 pieces garlic bread (this time on sourdough rye)
bowl of salad with 1000 island dressing
original boost juice (meal allowance at work) Pineapple+lemon+orange+raspberry+strawberry+a little sorbet+ice. Very noice.
bag of pita crisps (also from work). I'm eating these instead of a cheeseburger, because I crave salt after work.
small cup of mince with plain doritos (testing to see if the bolognaise sauce was ready)
bowl of spaghetti bolognaise
bunch of water
chocolate paddle pop. They're smaller than they used to be =(
small serving of port wine jelly. Yarrrmm.

oh man i at terrible today

TERRIBLE

Breakfast: Small bit of chicken, orange juice, toast

Snack: The hugest peach i have ever seen

Lunch: Steak sandwich, toasted, wholegrain mustard+cheese+tomato

Snack: Carrot cake from work :eek:

Dinner: Cheeseburger, small fries, small coke, 6 nuggets

I feel like all i ate was meat :(::(P::(
