dinner: 2 chicken/vegie enchiladas with lots of sauce

small red apple
bottle of orange juice
2 bottles of water
manning burger + chips

Brekkie:
- 4 vita weet biscuits with half a large avocado and two fried eggs with noble cheddar cheese
Lunch:
- medical protein drink, 3 mini florentines, 2 rice rolls with avocado, tofu, sweet chilli sauce, sprouts, capsicum, tomato and carrot
Afternoon noms:
-spicy vegetable dosa(!!!!!) with lentil sauce and lots of other yummy things
Dinner:
- 1.5 standard servings of ricotta agnolotti and bolognese sauce with 2.5 scoops of connoisseur cookies and cream ice cream
I was being facetious. I saw some pics from the weekend and was like damn. I'm almost looking sick..
(i dunno if this is a bad thing doe but make sure you start doing some sort of resistance training or you'll be skinny-fat and no one wants that)

so i played 3 games of netball instead of 1 and had a scoop of mint and a scoop of liquorice ice cream for dinner... good.
