for breakfast i had 200g of watermelon as well as a smoothie with honey, blueberries and protein powder followed by 1 cup of baked kale with olive oil and sea salt.
i had breakfast at 11 so... no lunch.
for dinner i had a pizza hut large deep pan margherita pizza.
as snacks throughout the day i had three cups of kale and four zooper doopers. oh dear.

how are you not super hungry
Everyone skips breakfast. Then if you're busy at lunchtime it is easy to not feel hungry. Then you get hungry at 4pm or so and wait until dinner time.
