Breaky- was going to be a chocolate milkshake but I took one sip and the milk was juust overdue so I chucked it and left
Lunch- Salad + dressing + water on the train. Also ate a sticky cinnamon scroll when I got to work.
Meal allowance as usual
Spanish restaurant for dinner- had a casserole thingy with chicken, red wine, tomato, potato etc. Very very good.
Eric Clapton for dessert.
About to eat some icecream and go to sleep.
