This has been my diet (roughly) for the past few weeks. Starting to train harder. woo body sculpting ftw
Breakfast shake(8am): 1 cup of fat free, protein plus soy milk, fat free sugar free yoghurt, 2 egg whites, frozen banana, 1/2 cup of oats, some frozen berries
2nd breakfast: (9am) up and go vive
Morning tea (10:30) ham and cheese samich, another fat free, reduced sugar yoghurt
Snack: some gingerbread that was floating around the workplace
Lunch: (1:00) chicken salad with lettuce, eggplant, avocado and a little bit of potato. small scoop of chocolate gelato
gym workout
snack-ish type thing (7:45) a few swigs of soy milk... something else, i'm sure
Dinner (8:00) another shake. cup of soy milk, frozen banana, frozen raspberries, 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats
Dessert (9:00) cup of cookies and cream ice cream
yum-o
lots of water.
might have some cottage cheese before i go to bed... but probably not.
EDIT: I love fitness! I've actually lost weight since i've started training andeating like this. crazy!
