peppermint tea

medium cheeseburger meal because lunch (salad and tuna) did not even touch the sides. but regretted it about half an hour later...should have just got a sandwich

homemade pizza on flat bread with minimal cheese

4 or 5 cans of coke
A large Caramel Latte from Michel's Patisserie
2 large cans of mother
2 large cans of V
A chicken Kebab
A medium mighty angus meal
Cheese & Bacon fries with ranch dressing (made at home)
Roll ups.

Haven't had dinner yet, kinda hungry.
post a picture of yourself. i want to see if it'd fit on my 15.6" screen.

- 1/2 bowl of plus cereal w/ regular milk
- 2 small, dry peaches
- 38g boost bar (melted, wasn't worth it)
- sandwich: leg ham and lettuce on multigrain
- homemade milkshake- w/ egg in it i think
- green tea
- 1/2 a chicken drumstick, chopped pumpkin, feta strudel (dinner was left overs i was in a hurry)
- small choc. cupcake (also wasn't worth it)

far below my usual salad requirements, i feel lethargic!

Yeah they're lollies.

I don't know, I somehow always have money for fast food! (Mainly I am always at work and I work and make money and need convenient food with a quick energy hit!)

Today: A medium mighty angus meal.
And like 2 large cans of V and 2 cups of instant coffee.
Ok and another 2 large cans of V and a large coke from Maccas
An English muffin with vegemite
An English muffin with ham
Half a piece of fish

Half a punnet of blueberries, 3/4 cup of fat free, reduced sugar yoghurt, frozen banana, a weet bix and fat free, protein plus soy milk

Fat free, reduced sugar yoghurt, an apple

Kangaroo pie (nom nom nom)
a small piece of carrot cake (i found out i hate carrot cake)
Some red frogs
Gum

GYM!!!!!!

More kangaroo pie
Small glass of coke
Ice cream or something later for d-sert :)
