porridge
juice
cheese sammich (1 piece of bread)
spaghetti and meatballs that i made all by myself (ownage, imo)
glass of red wine
passionfruit yoghurt

today so far:
3 egg whites on 2 pieces of toast
peppermint tea

vegemite sandwich, mocha.

chinese restaurant - spring roll, dimsim, some dipping sauce, frie rie, beef with black bean sauce (i think?), garlic chicken (emphasis on the garlic), water.

churros for 2 with dark chocolate and milk chocolate (shared, not on my own :p)

rice with beef mince and potato, home made yoghurt, orgy juice (orange/pineapple/apple/etc)

Most girls don't because (they're retarded and) they think if they work out and drink protein shakes they'll get big when there's no chance of that happening unless they're on steroids. or have naturally high testosterone levels...

today:

porridge with honey
juice
yoghurt with honey
2 pieces of crumbed chicken
couple of spoonfulls of pasta sauce (that i made and is delish)
boiled egg white
peppermint tea
steak diane and veges for dinner
cookies and cream ice cream for dessert
more tea.

breakfast: nutella and crunchy peanut butter sammich, mocha.

midlecture snack: apricot and yoghurt muesli bar.

lunch: rice with meatballs and home made yoghurt and 2 spicy mashed potato patties.

snack, or half dinner: burger - beef mince patty, slice of cheddar cheese, sundried tomato which was soaked in olive oil, butter, a square of turkish bread

might have some more meatballs + rice soonish.

How is it ironic?

At least have some snacks, you can have carrots and salsa and yummy healthy things.

I'm trying to go healthier, but it's hard. :(
