I don't even want to begin on what I've eaten today. I just know that prawns are in order for dinner, with lunch leftovers on the side.

Don't you get hungry? o.o
i eat more than a lot of other people on here

let me re-cap

breakfast (i ate really slowly started at ~9 finished at 9:45): protein shake, big bowl of fruit (peach, watermelon, strawberries)
couple of almonds
lunch (12:30): glass of soy milk, 2 handfuls of lettuce, salmon, avocado, red wine vinegar dressing
more almonds, 4 chocolate covered peanuts
2 boiled egg whites, bowl of watermelon
cooking dinner atm. going to have: sweet chilli salmon, salad, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, mashed pumpkin and sweet potato

it's because i eat good quality food, low g.i. carbs in conjunction with healthy fats and protein that keep me fuller for longer. also, i'm probably in mild ketosis due to a pretty low carb diet, and ketones curb your hunger queues.

edit: also, had 2 big bites of Gene's wrap (wholemeal wrap, chicken, avocado, greek yoghurt, chilli sauce, lettuce) yum yum yum

Do protein shakes work? Also why leave out the egg yolk? :L

what do you mean, do they work? it's just protein. if you need more protein in your diet, then yes they do.
i leave out egg yolks because they are of no use, nutritionally, to me. 2 is ok for fat and cholesterol, but i want to protein, so i eat the white.
duh.

no wonder people are so fat/unhealthy these days. no one knows anything about anything.

breakfast: 20g WPI shake. 150g full fat natural yoghurt with 1/2 punnet of blueberries
snack: 2 boiled egg whites, 1 yolk. glass of soy milk
lunch: 150g organic blade steak, mashed pumpkin/sweet potato, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, sweet chilli sauce
couple of eclipse mints
preworkout shake (juggernaut)
post workout protein shake (40g WPI, 3g creatine)
watermelon and 75g full fat natural yoghurt

~3L water
3 cups of green tea
