the internet has taught me that:
with no results on reverse imaging sites/google image search + the fact that if someone is going to use a camgirl picture that isn't of themselves they are going to choose a better picture than that terrible one

they are either a 'troll' trying to get something out of it (humour, attention who knows who cares) by using a 'realistic (terrible) camgirl' picture
or the girl in the picture

I had to google camgirl to find out what it was. Personally, I dont really get the whole concept of "selfies" in their entirety but whatever makes a person happy (who are we to judge).
