Only if you still complete the mandatory 10 units and all that jazz. If you get N-awarded on your 11th and 12th units, there is no big hassle, although it will look bad.

And i've never gotten why they call it the "N-Award" - it's not like it is an honour to receive one.

My Entertainment teacher threatened me with an N-Award, simply because I did not show up to class on a day that I was representing my school at golf, and hence could not be there.

What did you get the N-Award for?

Wouldn't you be better off resubmitting the work or working to correct it?

No
I don't get N-award at all
It's just a question out of curiosity
because as you can see,you can just bludge year 7-11 and you will still get the cerfiticate

apparently.. you CANNOT get an N-award without a letter warning beforehand..
and 3 N- awards = suspension or you're screwed for your subject..;;
i got a warning.. didnt get the award because i FINALLY ended up doing the assessment task..

LOL, sounds kinda gay how you still get anaward even when you don't submit work

Anyway, its kinda works like this. You get 2-3 N Award Warning letters for a subject, then it makes an offical N Award. Then you lose the subject and it won't appear on your Record of Achievement. If You are doing 10 units, losing 1 Unit or more, then you can't get a Uai.

also attendance and behaviour wise... if the subject's teacher feels you are inadequate, then they will give you an N Award

I think (not sure though) that it's short for non-award. Dont personally see the point of abbreviating something that short already. What do you have to get anyway, for a non award? Under 50 right? That'd suck with 10 units =/
