Health Sciences?
USYD, who claim to have the "biggest" health sciences faculty in Australia.
Though they do offer more courses/disciplines in the field in comparison to UWS and UNCLE.

UWS for sure. Masters and honours after 4 years and wayyyyy better resources than sydney (well at least for physio which is what I'm studying).

UNCLE Health is by far the best for speech path- the only course I'd really know anything about. Though the people in my HUBS course doing OT and Physio seem to think it's the best for those courses as well. Considering if you do speech in Sydney you have to do a Bachelor's, then a Master's and Albury-Wodonga CSU is the only other Uni that does it, and really. Albury? Heck of a long way to go for most people.
