if yr 12 :

1. STAT multiple choice
2. at least a 94.00 uai (might be higher this year)

assumed knowledge is maths plus chem and bio or chem and physicz
(this is usyd's requirements)

if your trasnferring, you should be in a b. science degree and should pick the pharmacy units. i'd think you'd need a distinction average!! alot of people i know what to get into pharmacy!! good luck!

then the uni recommends you do the chemistry bridging course before you start. i'm not sure how much that will cost but it will bring you up to speed with the rest.

Employment has almost been close to 100% but the pay is under 30k for grads if I remember correctly. ~26-28k

whilst assessing income levels, u should also include the rate at which this level of income rises by each year......teachers have a high grad income but it kinda stays stagnant for too long.
so how much do pharmacists get at the peak of their career ?

80k? Unlikely unless you are doing research.

Having your own pharmacy should earn you quite a bit. But you don't have to be a pharmacist to own a pharmacy do you?

yep you do, you have to do work for a year, then become registered.

the mean thing is, that next year, the UAI CUTOFF may get higher because USYD is cutting places to from 150 to 100...so the richer kids will be able to do it...i hate the sound of that.

but the cutting of places will apply across the whole board right? not just pharm?
