I don't mean like your personal favorite, but what do you think is the most useful in learning.

I would say the Commerce subjects (Legal, Eco and Business), mainly because they are very applicable to the real world, unlike English and Maths, if you know what I mean.

Currently, in Year 10, Commerce is by far my favorite subject because the things you learn you will go through at some aspect of your life; like leaving home, employment and work, etc.

Thoughts?

Haha Economics is nothing like Yr 10 commerce. Yr 10 commerce has a small blend of business/legal/random other junk.

Your favourite subject will likely change, mine in Yr 10 was History and in Yr 11 sciences and for Yr 12 I feel it will be something different again.

I also like doing the social sciences!

Hence, why I am doing both Business Studies and Economics, hopefully, next year!
But MATHS is DEFINITELY applicable to the real world in fields such as Engineering, Statistics, etc.
Commerce is definitely one of my fav subjects at the moment and yes, it is actually an useful elective.

I think each subject has its merits. A low level of maths is crucial for daily life but higher level maths is only really useful for engineers and other mathematical orientated jobs.

I mean every school subject I could prob think of a merit to it.

Most useful to learn? Then perhaps Legal Studies or perhaps the Sciences in explaining the world. Maths is good if you want to learn quantitatives, though English is good in expanding knowledge of literature.
