The thousands of galaxies, cosmos & celestial bodies in the outer universe all in order, perfection & balance…The earth & its flawless alternation of night & day, the PRECISE positioning of the sun, how if it was even ONE metre forward or one metre back, we would instantly roast…
What do you mean by how stars are "perfect" and "balanced"? Sounds like the opinion of the staunchly religious people who opposed Galileo's discoveries lol.

We won't roast if we move 1m forward or back... the Earth fluctuates its orbit actually...

Did all of this perfection just happen by chance? Consider This… If you were to walk in the middle of a desert & came across a rather intricate watch, would you ever suppose it appeared somehow by chance?
YES. What, someone went to the desert for the purpose of dropping a watch? o_O lol

Is Life After Death Rational?
If there is no life after death would it really make sense? Is it fair if a powerful criminal who gets away with everything, and a poor, yet honest, hardworking person end up in the same place?
Life ain't fair, buddy. ;)

maybe the watch evolved after millions of years of natural selection and mutation?

How this Tremendous Universe came into being? 1) The big bang theory.
2) There is no order or balance. The universe is constantly expanding, hence there is no 'perfect' balance. There is no order (see quantum mechanics)

Consider This… If you were to walk in the middle of a desert & came across a rather intricate watch, would you ever suppose it appeared somehow by chance?
Reflect on the remarkable creation which surrounds you. Rationale begs the question: Is there not a maker of this Earth?

You know nothing of the watchmaker argument. Stop

If there is no life after death would it really make sense? Is it fair if a powerful criminal who gets away with everything, and a poor, yet honest, hardworking person end up in the same place?
No. Rationale suggests that death cannot be the end & there must be a life to come where all Justice will be served
[\QUOTE]

Yes it would make sense if there was no life after death. Morality and justice is not rational. They are inventions of the human race in an attempt to maintain order between us.
The universe does not follow justice or morality. For example, if did something morally wrong, this in no way affects the workings of the universe. I could do whatever i want and the sun would still rise, the earth would still spin, and the universe would continue to expand.

EDIT:
THE UNIVERSE DOES NOT PLAY BY OUR RULES, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE WISHED IT DID.

If one believes that there is no purpose in life, it only highlights the insignificance of their own existence.

Our existence is insignificant but.
You are a fool if you think other wise.
If by that you mean in comparison to the whole universe, then yes our existence in comparison is rather insignificant, but if you believe that a humans life has no purpose, that is only your individual belief.

Perhaps you’re a rather nihilistic person who doesn’t believe you have a purpose and that life has no meaning. Doesn’t matter. Not believing that you have a purpose won’t prevent you from discovering it, just as a lack of belief in gravity won’t prevent you from tripping.

I don't think life itself has a meaning. In the broader scheme of things, yes the fact that we are alive means nothing.
Perhaps our actions can have meaning to other indiviudals, ie our actions influence their actions which influences your actions etc.
But a purpose? I don't think there is a purpose. Why do we assume we have a purpose?

Most likely though if you don’t believe you have a purpose, then you probably won’t believe what about to say anyway,

It is a paradox of our modern age that, although we have more knowledge and material possessions than at any other time in history, we sense a lack of purpose in life. A gnawing hunger for the meaning of life pervades our world.

Because we are so dissatisfied with our life, our life is so empty, so tawdry, so monotonous, doing the same thing over and over again, we want something more, something beyond that which we are doing. Since our everyday life is so empty, so dull, so meaningless, so boring, so intolerably stupid, we say life must have a fuller meaning and that is why you ask this question. Surely a man who is living richly, a man who sees things as they are and is content with what he has, is not confused; he is clear, therefore he does not ask what is the purpose of life. For him the very living is the beginning and the end. Our difficulty is that, since our life is empty, we want to find a purpose to life and strive for it.

Such a purpose of life can only be mere intellection, without any reality; when the purpose of life is pursued by a stupid, dull mind, by an empty heart, that purpose will also be empty. Therefore our purpose is how to make our life rich, not with money and all the rest of it but inwardly rich-which is not something cryptic.

Because some people don't like feeling insignificant. They want to feel special and so they refuse to accept that life as we know it is meaningless.

EDIT: And they may seek hope and security in "knowing" that they have somewhere (or a certain set direction) to go. Some people believe in destiny.
