Is it that same thing as the Industrial Relations Framework (E.g is it to do with the Fair Work Act 2009)

Yeah, definitely would relate to that - in terms of the new rights, shifting towards a slightly more centralised labour market system (this is where eco's knowledge comes in handy haha), means the framework involves increased government intervention I guess

Weird term though definitely.

Ps - My bet is the whole dispute resolution kind of angle isn't likely to come up (they asked it in Section IV recently, so if it does come up maybe I'd go all in that it would come up in Section III, which would be much easier as you don't have to worry about knowing the causes + outcomes of 3 industrial disputes like the syllabus says....)
