welshi, you read my mind. 'The One You Love' by Rufus is genius. Amongst many other of his genius songs. My best friend met him (twice!) recently... so jealous. Hehe, anyways, I discovered more songs i like at the moment:

i only heard both shins albums the other day lol..i like :D

edit: taperjeangirl - it's 'haim' (hehe sorry)..and i also love the doves new song :D

i bet its because every two bit slut went to see garden state, which i hear featured a rather shins obsessed natalie portman (im beginning to see a pattern re the two bit sluts)
