idk, havnt gone gym since uni, but ive done 80 before (2 sets of 5, then 3rd set of 5 of 70, 80 was too hard :p), and i can comfortably do 70.
probs cant do 80 anymore, so i should be at 70atm.

eh itll come back fast.. Ive overtaken you though.. im at 90-95. Gotta get my bulk on though and hit 100 before the end of august!

the gym here is like $5 a session so i have decided to start going
probably twice a week, mondays and wednesdays perhaps

omie j/kman/quik etc give me a good all round upper body workout please

i have very unstable shoulders so something that involves some rotator cuff use perhaps
i dunno beat up chicks

6'0, down to 80kgs now. Youve got better leverages for benching to cause youre a manlet.

i only went like once a week, im no junky/dont really have goals of becoming massive, uni/money/time get in the way, but ideally i'd like to go twice a week IF uni allowed.

Fair enough. 6 months in and im a full-blown junkie with no plans on stopping soon (ever). I want a 150kg+ bench at under 100kgs BW. 22 squat and 250 DL too please.

Being able to bench in one hand what the average man would struggle to bench in 2 just sounds cool. Theres a guy at my gym who is about my height and hes absolutely ripped as fuck at probably 95-100kgs. He walks around like a hero maxing out everything in the gym. I just have plans to be smarter, stronger and more successful than most people. Theres nothing nice about being mediocre.

I ask them how much they bench. Then I hit em with "what about squat.. deadlift?" they usually have no idea what im on about.

Squat 135x6 (parallel)
DL 135x8

3 months ago, injured since then havent managed to go over 235x10 since then and strained my quad the other week midway through my second set so who the fuck knows. mighty frustrating.

so true everyone being hard "bro how much can you bench"
whats the point of being huge? doesnt necessarily mean youll win a fight or anything all that you can ever beat someone at is bench presses.. what an achievement in life
