What are some definite things that will be tested, or what are the harder things that could be tested?

You'll definitely get a part of the new syllabus. (Algebra)
There will be a DFD (most likely)
2 or 3 algorithms
Expect many questions on Social and Ethical issues focusing on UI.

Just my 2 cents.

Boolean algebra aha.

Like (A+B)(A+B')=A

and there's also converting boolean algebra equations into circuit diagrams.

indeed i do, as soon as i saw that a+b stuff i was like oohh other topic. Programming paradigms is so boring, the other one looks interesting, is it any good?
