So what the hell is the difference between the Nudie Thin Finn and the Ksubi Joey? Or the Nudie Tight Long Johns and the Wrangler Stranglers?

I'm PRETTY SURE that they have pretty much the same standard skinny jeans cut. Tapered, and slim. If not, super slim and tapered. Last time I checked, the only difference is the denim quality and colour but I am pretty sure the cuts are similar. So as lolcal said, how the hell does one person pull off an entire brand?

I got them when I was in Stockholm, and when it wasn't popular, but thats what I like. Unsure what I paid for my first pair, but the pair I recently bought was more a blue/white striped pants ... perfect for spring and the nautical trend coming up.

I used to wear Nudies until GP open their distribution channels to them and now they're like everywhere, so no more nudies for me. I'm not a fan of commercialised brands or brands that have gone mainstream. I find that once they do, their quality goes down and their prices go up!.

Im loving the brand opening ceremony atm.. the desert boots i want are all sold out across the globe

yeah nudies kinda just got incredibly popular (06ish?) and lost their individual coolness, as jeans they are quite good per se. tbh they're good for cred amongst most people and you can show off the fact that you can afford $200+ jeans (good for money hungry girls lol). cant do that with acnes or apcs or jap denim or whatever.

i really like opening ceremony too! i have three pieces from them, albeit pieces from their collaboration with uniqlo - cost me like $150 in total so i dont care
i plan on visiting their la store next year, which has a really fucking cool concept. don't know if i'll be able to afford anything though :/

Thats awesome! You should have purchased them! Im loving them atm, something different from jeans once in a while. Yeh, true about Nudie's but I'm not into the "look at me, I bought 200 bux jeans". As long as I know im wearing a nice pair of jeans, thats all that matters I guess.

$150, Thats pretty awesome! Waiting for their new season stuff to pop online, then might buy some pieces. My Acne Black Sydney Ankle boots arrived today! Got it at the Oak 304050 Sale. Waiting for the third week paid off and I got them for 50% off so around 300 bux!
