Coming from my previous experience on forums, the ability to give negative rep only causes conflict between members and complaints to the moderation team. I don't see much of a reason for it to be restored

just something i noticed that in the 'Resources --> IPT' there is no module shortcut for Project management and most documents are in the 'General' section. Would recommend a fix if possible

May i suggest that the tutoring section have subsections for different subjects. It's a little bit difficult to find specific tutors for that one subject with so many other subjects mix together. I'm sure it'll be helpful for others who are also trying to find tutors that tutor a specific subject. Thanks^^
