whats a good exercise to lose belly fat?

or how to achieve this in a short amount of time

HIIT. High intensity interval training is the best way to go if you are short on time, as this will increase your fitness levels, and beneficial in burning fat in a short and intense workout. Aim for 14-30 mins each seesion.

example could be sprinting 30 secs then walking 30 secs, and then repeat.

Also, you may find it helpful to strengthen the core.

Diet is very important as well.

You can't spot reduce.

But as others have mentioned, a well balanced diet and HIIT would be the way to go.

Steady State Cardio. Instead of tapping into your carb energy which is what HIIT usually does the SSC taps into your fat storage.


65-75% of your maximum heart rate for about 25min should do the trick.

rushing in COD instead of camping, use marathon, but carry heavy weapons and turn commando on so you dont injure yourself
