I forgot to put a case study for question 27 (had 0 reference to case study)

How can you make a 20 out of 20 essay with info alone though. I would guess 15 at best.

Sorry, but it is not a 20/20 essay though if you forgot the crucial case study... it is then a 12/13/14 essay at best.
