I have been lifting for the past 1 year..and 6 months ago I started to use C4...fuaarrk man the best I ever took..

Unfortunately... some people got really crazy side effects (like bleeding from the... you know what... whenever they went to the bathroom). But if you can get a hold of it and are willing to risk the side effects, it's great

My brother used is back in mid of 2012 he had no side effects..and he misses it..the poor guy had to change to nitric oxide

Hey guys just wondering what pre-workout will help me to gain muscle mass as well as an energy boost.
a sugary drink

creatine (but you have to take that post workout and with meals too, you can't just take it before)

taking caffeine is initially effective but ultimately stupid because you build a tolerance to it

creatine. Gives you empty muscles but makes you look reasonably massive. Take caffeine pills for energy, full pump bro nws!

creatine is an illusion ~~accentuating your muscles but ur not really big soznotsoz

shredded 24/7 all year round

GAT nitraflex if you want a pwo but it's really potent

CON-CRET Powdered form pineapple is the best one by experience
Also get caffeine pills, and pump down about 200mg
That's by far the best IMHO

Right now, I dont take creatine as a preworkout..I just take as a recovery product.. like I mix it with fresh orange juice like 1-1.30 hours after my workout..
