wouldnt say judo is a martial art where you take out all your anger on an opponent as its just grappling, throwing, submissions etc, i'd say something along the lines of boxing would be more suited to releasing your anger

in primary school, my favourite sport was rugby league, i was a big supporter of my local nrl team. since then, i have played and loved football and it is now my favourite sport.
