Okay, looking at home pages, I need some help.

I try to change mine, but it automatically changes back to this silly web page. I've tried to change it so many times but it won't.

Is it a virus? I have norton anti virus and a ZoneAlarm firewall, why does it change back to this silly pageI don't want as my home page?

about:blank is just a clear web page with nothing in it - ie no data needs to be processed - hence the fastest page to load.
