That's more like realistic prices.

The hell do you guys even get jobs like that with such high pay?

After my HSC, I'm going to be working a 6am - 6pm job which pays $22 dollars an hour. I'm gonna be rolling in the cash.

And kill yourself in the process.

Who wants to get up at 5 for a job when they're still in their teens huh?

Have fun paying for your caffeine on-the-job.

Tutoring (through a company)
$23 an hour.

It's not worth it, because of the planning that goes into it. But I have to do 15 hours of prac outside my degree so I might as well make a little bit of money in the process.

I also do either typing or working on a mobile rock climbing wall, $100 flat per day.

Age: 20
Job: Dominoes driver
Wage: $11/hour + $1.60 per delivery lol.

I love the job so much though, it's mad fun and hell flexible. Feel kind of bad for supporting and sustaining the companies ability to pay below award wages.

customer care is really really important. so soz but gonna state some obvious:
1. don't be late or too early ( 5 mins before is cool) even if it means ur hanging out the shop for 15 mins. lol
2. first impressions are most important, so go out there and knock em dead.
3.don't mention, its ur first time in the store..lol. they want pple who are enthusiastic bout the job or company, show some.
4. make sure u present urself as approachable, well mannered and helpful (for customer care part this is vital)
5. be polite!!! and dress appropriately.

i'm sure others can name some more.

I work at Grill'd, just for a couple of shifts in the evening a week. Relatively shit pay, at $14.50 or something, but it's convenient and I started work, like, a week after I sent in my resume. I'll pick up a better job after exams.
Scheduled all my shifts for after the library closes, so I just skip straight from study to the shop for a few hours.

I get up at around 5 to get to work, it's completely worth it if you're being paid enough.
