why does everyone think working and doing uni is hard to do?

I had two jobs (one part time and one casual with fixed shifts) and was fine for 1.5 years - only reason i left is because I came overseas :p

I think work and uni usually means something has to give.

A lot of compromise.

How were your grades?

I've worked fulltime during the holidays and any free weekdays when I've been at uni since I started uni.

I've got a D average and the two jobs I've worked have been at a law firm and a publishing company respectively. If you work hard enough it's not a problem. Most people are too lazy to get it organised enough to do it.

Yeah true, but there are only so many hours in a day.

I think it'd be hard to have a social life with 2 jobs + uni. Unless you count uni as the social part of your life?

I work full-time Monday to Friday in a fairly demanding job and combine that with full-time study.
