wat does burnt out mean? i think i asked this in another thread but i cant find it =.=
If you are 'burnt out', you are tired of studying too much that you are more inclined to procrastinate.

my motivation, i dunno, many things.

- Striving to always do the best i can.
- Striving to achieve better marks if i dont achieve what i would like to.
- Goals to achieve.
- Rewards are motivation...
-Seeing others motivated
- Getting a good UAI (100 would be nice)
lol,

Hmmmm. I guess for me, seeing other people motivated kind of motivates me in a way, not really sure why though maybe because it means that ill have to try harder to keep up.
I agree with you. When i feel burnt out, I read some of the threads on this site. It makes me want to keep going, sort of like I'm not alone with this darn HSC!!

I hate losing in things and I like being able to say I'm better than someone else.
Simple as that.
But you aren't better than anyone else. You are nothing. Remember that.

Exactly. All people are equal, some are just more equal than others. :D

Well, you've always got tomorrow. Most teachers will allow one day extensions from time to time :)

Probably just that I would like to get an optimal UAI that would let me get into the law school at USyd. =D Which, of course, is so much easier said than done.

>.> Ironically, during these school holidays, I have done practically nothing. Perhaps my only excuse is that it's going to be our last holidays before the terror of Senior School finally truly descends on us. However, it probably means that now the holidays are over, I really should get working.

Perhaps what motivates me the most is that getting back the mark and seeing high-ninties... and just feeling good about yourself because you worked for it and you were 'rewarded' for it. ^^

low 20's. thats really really really bad. and especially if you worked hard. That would be really embarrasing. I think i would just suicide if people thought it was a serious attempt.

That's why you pretend that no marks matter to you, so on the off chance that you fail so bad, you don't have to kill yourself
