Guess you all guessed that I am kinda new here

Anyway, like the title of this thread is:

What is your status in art?

Do you like it? Do you take art as an elective?

What kind of art do you like?

Do you go onto sites like deviantart.com and sheezyart.com to post your art?

I'm not really a"n00b" as one would call it to the art world. I am rather quite experienced in the area of art actually....well sort of any way XD

My area of specialty is Anime art...as in the japanese style of drawing people , you know the kinda biggish eyes, pink hair? tails? ears? wings? You know like Naruto, *shudders* Mew Mew Power, *shudders again* Sailor Moon, DragonBall Z, Pokemon, Digimon?

*random person: Ahhhhhhhhhhh.....those!

Yea those, that's what I am into , kinda silly how obsessed I am XD;;;

Anyway,

so what's your art status (I guess you could call it) in this world?

don't do it as a subject at school
wish i did

really like designing and drawing stuff
have a knack for politcal cartoons

although, would love to design for films, i have to content myself with admiring the work of Alan Lee (designer for LORD OF THE RINGS films), Brian Froud (designer for DARK CRYSTAL, LABYRINTH) and that of Osama Tezuka, Hiyao Miyazaki and others...

It’d be more appropriate in the Art forum. Yeh, portraits for both realistic and imaginiative. I like anime art too, anyway. I love watching anime.
And as for my deviantart username, I’ll have to get back to you! I’ve forgotten what it is – haven’t been on in months.
