I was just wondering, when do we choose whether we want to do extension 2 maths or english for the hsc?

Im guessing its at the end of year 11

When you decide you want fuck yourself really badly, you pick MX 2

after u finish your 2unit/3unit yearlies in year 11 (end of term 3) ....if you get good results the teacher will ask whether u wanna do it or not...even if you dont get good results u can request...

I don't think there's any sort of set date, it's just up to the school.

Just ask a maths/english teacher about it.

I think my school does it halfway through term 3, before yearlies.

I did both Extension 2 English and Maths.

What my school did was they gave everyone a form to fill in - and all you had to do was 'check' or 'tick off' what extension subjects you wanted to do in Year 12. This was around Term 3 end.
