Hey guys, i was just thinking about when we study/work most effectively and for me its usually at night - well night as in 1-2am

I've never really been a morning person. Well actually i havent actually tried so i wouldn't know. Do you think people can convert and become morning people?

Is it just a habit thing?

Nights for me as well, when I have assessments I have an afternoon nap and stay up to 3-4am.

I've found that I don't really switch on until about 11am or so. I'm not sure how much better I am at night though.

Yesterday morning I did wake up at 3am and managed to do something study-related, so maybe that would be a good time for me other than the fact that I sort of need sleep...

anywhere between 5pm-10pm.

i've had really horrible habits of late. trying to break them, get into a routine and motivated. i've far too many essays to do this week.

anyone suggest a 'study setup'? i'm desperate

Yeah I am nothing special like you guys. 4:30 - 9 (PM). On weekends I find it impossible to study before 2pm, even if I've woken up at like 9...it just doesn't feel right.

ANYTHING after that is fruitless and wishful thinking. Yep.. my attention span is only useful for an hour a day nowadays
