You won't find cash-in-hand jobs from Aussies.

You don't get 5 dollars an hour working for sus Asians, you get about 13c/hr

I would find it hard to get such jobs, cause they'd have to be fairly "off-market". One idea that comes to mind is delivering newspapers/advertisements/brochures on foot? There's a bit of money there I suppose. Question is...where to ask.

I know market research pays well and u receive cash in hand. Search for market research companies based in Sydney and register online, usually run focus groupps every few weeks.

might pay well, but most companies dont want to hire you for just over a week (after the interview process)

and things like market research, direct sales, telemarketing, tech support, call centres, etc....its all really shitty work - you either get people hanging up/walking away from you without even checking what it was for (i had that every 2 seconds in my direct sales job) or you get stupid people calling and not realising that their computer has to be plugged into the wall for it to work (my brother had really stupid stuff like that in his old tech support job)
