haha, but in all seriousness a bachelor of commerce wont get you a degree as easily as an MBBS or BEng

I reakon short term probably a mining engineer. Long term, medicine. However, as Dylanamali pointed out earlier, job prospects and pay are largely dependent on your level of skill and your drive.

My dad was getting paid about $120 per hour doing night shifts at a hospital whilst doing his Medicine at USYD. That was about 30 years ago.

Just to peep in, I've seen a few USyd BHlthSci students go into Physiotherapy and they get a bit of money.

If you choose what you like, you will likely be better prospective employee, so your job prospects are likely to be best in a field you enjoy.

Choosing a uni course based upon what you perceive to be better job prospects and pay is not the way to go.
