which subject should i do? i cant decide, i love them both but both we be stressful and more hark work.
1)design and technology ?
2)studies of religion 1 and extension history ?
3)both?

Well, as I did ext history, I'll lean towards that option.

I loved being able to research whatever I wanted and create my assignment around this. You have a lot of time to work on it too, and if you dont leave it to late, you can easily do quite well.

Best thing you can do? Choose the ones that you will still enjoy even when there is a lot of work to do.

I'm not a massive fan of SOR1, Ext His or DT though haha-so I can't really help you. Although you appear to have a strong humanities swing (except for Standard English?), so I'd do SOR1 or Ext His, unless you feel pro about DT.

Dam'n - i got something right for once :) on a roll today.
Yeah, the rule of thumb is that Extensions will scale most highly in their respective category.
eg. Maths Extensions will scale better than Mathematics and in this case, History Extension>Any other humanity

Also, generally, for scaling:
Mathematics>Science=English>Humanities>Social Sciences>Arts

There are some exceptions such as Economics which are equal to Science/English.
