Edit: Do you find the class participation is significantly better at Mac? I find even some of the best students at UWS are reluctant to speak at all in class, it almost seems like shyness or than laziness.

A fair bit but its hard to say, most people open up a bit after 1st year but from what I have heard not as much a UWS.
