I didnt get into the course I wanted and so I want to know why my qualifications were not sufficient for such and such course I put on the top of my preference list.
Who do I ask? UAC or the faculty of the university?

U should consult the faculty because it is the faculty that gives out the offer.

By 'qualifications' what do you mean? Did you get above the UAI cutoff?

I just wanted to know why I didnt get into Commerce at USYD cause it has a lower uai requirement than UNSW's Commerce. I achieved a UAI of 94.xx but I also have EAS.

You should contact the Businnes/Commerce Faculty at UNSW directly and explained your situation (your UAI and your EAS) and ask if they can tell you the reasons why not.

I got into Commerce at UNSW but not at USYD even though I had it one preference higher.
