It's at the lower end, younger people or those from Asian backgrounds and such can often be lower and still healthy. Mine is 17, lol.

Hence, why BMI does not apply to asians! A more accurate measure is hip to waist ratio, etc, etc.

I'm not fat. Maybe I'm meant to be fat because of all the shit I eat, but I exercise regularly, have a reasonably good metabolism plus genetics.
