UNSW 2nd Round interview offers were released yesterday Friday 18 December 2009.

I did. Was predicted 98 for Main Round and rejected. Got 99.60 ATAR and was offered a late round.

Yeah you're right lyounamu. It's for those that missed out main round offers since their umat was not competitive enough. It was actually quite hard this year to gain a main round offer, you needed an outstanding UMAT score.

Luckily enough though, those who have a ATAR score that's enough to compliment their UMAT score get offered a second round offer.

My friend got a second round UNSW interview with 71st percentile UMAT (something like 54-55), and 99.65 ATAR.

Yes, they should have. If you did not receive any notifications, perhaps you should give the Faculty of Medicine a call, just case there was an administrative error.
