Why is ASB the best for business? (1 Viewer)

So I know that UNSW ASB is supposed to be the best one but is this just for graduate studies?
Also, what parameters define it as being the 'best' - is it opportunities offered, quality of teachers, % of graduates finding employment,etc...?

Is there much difference in terms of the teaching and opportunities for commerce students at UNSW and other uni's such as Macquarie, Syd Uni, ANU ??

Combination of all of them. ASB has one of the largest links to industry, out of all unis. The teaching in general is pretty decent for most of the subjects offered by the ASB. Not only that, high employment rates from graduates is the reason why ASB does so well.

It's curriculumn also gets reviewed by representatives from leading firms to ensure it's relevant and teaches the skills required for their firms.

Like any university, there's going to be good lecturers/tutors and bad lecturers/tutors. The reason why I chose ASB first was because of its industry links as 4025808 said, as well as its high employment rates as it is a highly respected and reputable business school. With that said, if you have good extra-curriculars and grades, you're as competitive, if not more, so the university name you have on your degree shouldn't really matter.
