Lleyton Hewitt vs Andy Roddick update

what a tie-breaker that was in the second set! With Roddick serving a big first serve down 11-10 and Lleyton managing to retrieve the ball back into play and Roddick going for broke and the set went to Hewitt

There was another point worthy of mention during that tie-break, where Hewitt and Roddick had an amazing rally which unfortunately went Roddicks' way when Hewitt played a forehand at the net and it clipped the tape...(so close!)

now it's 3-3 in the third set

Hewitt seemed to have lost his concentration a bit in the tie-break of the third set losing it after being up 1-0 then losing the next seven points..and handing a 2 sets to 1 lead to Roddick ..

Hewitt might prevail in 5 sets; i hope so.

I was about to go to sleep after seeing Hewitt lose his own service game in the first set to trail 2-0.
Then my stomach decided it would be hungry and then i turn on the tv to see Hewitt in a tie-break with Roddick in the second set!
So i watch it, and it ends up going 12-10 in Hewitt's favour

but now he is ...in trouble..

i remember the Australian Opens each year i would switch the tv in the bedroom on and watch the late night matches of Federer and such..even when it was 2am ..when everyone was asleep..and if i heard just one sound i would somehow reach for the power button and pretend i feel asleep on the carpet floor.

Hewitt had two break points and on the first was ruined by an unbelievable half volley from Roddick grrr making hewitt leap for it..and then the roddick smash to get roddick out of trouble

aus open i moved my mattress into the loungeroom for 2 weeks lol. but that was ok seeing as everyone was on holidays. shame hewitt didnt break.
