Windows vista licencing etc (1 Viewer)

Hey guys if i buy a copy of windows vista, will i be able to install it and reinstall it unlimited times on a computer (reformatting etc)? and if a change a few hardware parts on teh comp will i be able to keep reinstall vista. finally if a get a new comp will i be able to take vista off teh old comp and install on new one?

I'd stick to 32 bit Vista. 64 bit offers no real benefits on current and near-future hardware and suffers from various software compatability problems (source).
